Connecting real expertise to the systems that need it

AI systems are being asked to do professional work. We think the people who already do that work should be the ones teaching them — and should be paid properly for it.

Why we started Meisal

AI systems are now asked to read a scan, interpret a clause, size a component, review a set of accounts. When they get it wrong, they rarely get it obviously wrong. They produce something fluent and confident that a practitioner would recognise instantly as unsafe — and that nobody else would.

Catching that needs someone who has done the work. Not someone applying a rubric written by someone who has done the work. Someone who has done it, and who still would.

That expertise already exists. It is sitting in hospitals, chambers, practices and labs, held by people who are curious about this technology and have no obvious way in. Meisal exists to be that way in — and to make it worth their time.

So we do a few things deliberately. We publish our rates. We agree the number before the work starts. We answer the uncomfortable questions in public, because the people we want are exactly the people who ask them.

What we believe

Expertise is worth paying for

If we're asking for professional judgment, we pay professional rates and we say the rate before the work starts.

Say the hard part out loud

Rejections, suspensions, payment timelines, what happens to your ID. We answer these in public because that's where trust is actually won.

No invented numbers

Every figure on this site is real or it isn't shown. Nothing is padded to look bigger than it is.

People, not throughput

Experts here are named collaborators on real projects, not anonymous capacity to be spent.
