Guides and answers for experts already working with Meisal.
Getting started
After your application is accepted, you complete identity and qualification verification, then set your availability and specialisms. From there you stay on the register and we approach you when a project matches. If you have been waiting a while, it means nothing has opened in your field yet — you can email us any time to ask where things stand.
Doing the work
Every project starts with a written brief and worked examples of a strong submission. Your first piece of work is reviewed and returned with specific feedback before you continue, so you know you are calibrated. If a brief is ambiguous, say so — ambiguity in the brief is our problem to fix, not yours to guess at.
Payments
Approved hours are paid every two weeks by bank transfer. You can see which hours have been approved before each payment run. If a payment has not arrived within five working days of a run, email us — late payment is not something we expect you to chase quietly.
Your account
You can update your details, pause your availability, or close your account at any time from your account settings. Pausing keeps your verification valid, so you can pick work back up without repeating the process.
If something goes wrong
Suspensions happen for specific reasons — work that is not your own, a qualification we could not verify, or a confidentiality breach. We tell you the reason and you can reply and ask us to look again. Work already approved is paid regardless.
