What the work pays
Published up front, by field. You should not have to apply to find out what you'd earn.
Rates vary with the project and your experience. The rate for any piece of work is agreed in writing before you start it, and you are paid every two weeks for approved hours.
What you'll actually be doing
Not data entry. The work is applying professional judgment to problems where being right matters.
Write the problems
Create realistic tasks drawn from your own professional experience — the kind of question a colleague would bring you, not a textbook exercise.
Review the answers
Read what an AI system produced and judge it the way you'd judge a junior's work: is it correct, is it complete, is it safe to act on?
Explain what went wrong
Document precisely why an answer fails. This is the part that requires expertise, and it's the part that actually improves the system.
Hiring across every domain
Doctors, lawyers, engineers, accountants, researchers and language specialists.
Clinical Medicine Reviewer
NewReview AI-generated clinical reasoning against real standards of care, and write the cases that test it.
Radiology Report Specialist
Assess how well AI describes and interprets imaging, and where its language would mislead a referring clinician.
Pharmacy & Medicines Reviewer
NewTest AI on dosing, interactions and contraindications — the places where a plausible answer does real harm.
Mental Health Clinical Advisor
Judge how AI handles risk, boundaries and safeguarding in mental health conversations.
Legal Reasoning Specialist
NewTest how AI handles statutory interpretation, drafting and professional judgment in your jurisdiction.
Contract Drafting Reviewer
Review AI-drafted clauses for the risk they quietly create, and write the drafting tasks that expose it.

Inside the work
What this work actually involves
Written from inside the domains we hire in — not marketing copy.
Inside the work
A week as a clinical reviewer

Why AI fails at legal reasoning
The failure is not a wrong answer. It is a fluent one — and that is precisely what makes qualified review necessary.

Meisal connects qualified professionals to paid work improving AI systems. We partner with organisations building and evaluating AI, and we bring in experts whose professional judgment those systems need.
Anyone with a recognised professional qualification and real working experience in their field, who is legally able to work as an independent contractor where they live, and who can write clearly in English.
Three things, mostly. Writing realistic problems from your own working experience; reading what an AI system produced and judging whether it would stand up professionally; and writing down precisely why an answer fails. It is reading and writing, done to a professional standard.
Rates depend on your field and the project. Current ranges: medicine $90–$150/hr, research $85–$150/hr, finance $80–$120/hr, law $75–$120/hr, engineering $70–$110/hr, language specialists $50–$70/hr. The rate for a project is agreed in writing before you start any work.
