What you’ll do
- Write claim-construction and prior-art problems with defensible answers
- Review generated claims and specifications against drafting convention
- Assess novelty and inventive-step reasoning
- Document where technical understanding fails rather than legal reasoning
What we’re looking for
- Qualified patent attorney or IP lawyer with drafting or prosecution experience
- A technical or scientific background in any field
- No AI background required
Time commitment
5–12 hours per week, projects typically run 6–12 weeks
Pay and how you’re paid
$95–$150 per hour, paid every two weeks by bank transfer
