This work centres on problems requiring real engineering judgment — sizing, tolerancing, failure modes, and the tradeoffs that only show up in practice.

What you’ll do

• Write problems grounded in real design and analysis work
• Produce worked solutions with your reasoning made explicit
• Evaluate model attempts and explain precisely where they break down
• Review other experts' problems for correctness

What we’re looking for

• An engineering degree and professional experience
• Ability to show your working clearly
• No AI background required

Time commitment

8–20 hours per week, projects typically run 6–12 weeks

Pay and how you’re paid

$70–$110 per hour, paid every two weeks by bank transfer
