About this work
Electrical design is bounded by codes and standards, which makes it excellent evaluation territory: answers are checkable, and models frequently cite the right standard while applying it wrongly.
What you’ll do
- Build sizing, protection and coordination problems from real projects
- Check calculations and standards citations for correctness
- Identify unsafe designs presented with confidence
- Document which standards a model consistently misapplies
What we’re looking for
- Electrical engineering degree with professional design experience
- Working familiarity with a recognised wiring or power standard
- No AI background required
Time commitment
8–20 hours per week, projects typically run 6–12 weeks
Pay and how you’re paid
$85–$130 per hour, paid every two weeks by bank transfer
