Audit & Assurance Reviewer
About this work
Audit judgment is about scepticism and sufficiency of evidence, neither of which models are naturally good at. The work centres on whether a conclusion is actually supported.
What you’ll do
- Build scenarios around materiality, sampling and evidence sufficiency
- Assess whether conclusions are supported by the evidence cited
- Identify risks a competent auditor would raise and the model misses
- Document where professional scepticism is absent
What we’re looking for
- Audit qualification with practice experience
- Familiarity with a recognised auditing framework
- No technical background required
Time commitment
6–15 hours per week, projects typically run 6–12 weeks
Pay and how you’re paid
$85–$125 per hour, paid every two weeks by bank transfer
How to apply
Apply once and we’ll consider you for this role and anything else that fits. The full process is set out on How it works.
